- 1 year parts and labour

Look will, within the above warranty periods from invoice date and subject to proof of any faulty workmanship or material, at its option repair or replace the faulty product to Look's satisfaction. This guarantee is limited to the replacement of defective parts only. Look will not pay for third party warranty work organised without written consent. To the extent permitted by law, Look will not be liable for consequential loss of any kind caused by any defect in the product. |

| Warranty claims will not be honoured for the following reasons: |
- Any foreign objects (sand, dirt, copper, tape etc.) present in the water supply
- Product not installed by a licensed plumber
- Product not installed with isolation stop taps (mixers and tap sets only)
- Damage to finishes by adhesives, sealants, abrasive cleaners etc.
- Damage to finishes during or after installation
- Failing to comply with installation instructions
- Service or repairs undertaken without written consent from Look

| Look will charge a service fee for any warranty claim where a service agent has attended the premises and the product is deemed to be incorrectly installed or a product of another brand. |
